Where AllToCare can provide care

Telehealth is licensed state by state. A clinician may only treat you if they hold a licence in the state you are in when you book — so the honest answer to “can I use this?” depends on where you are.

We can currently see patients in 48 states, with consultations from $42.99. Checkout asks for your state and will refuse the order — before taking any payment — if we are not able to treat you.

States we cannot serve yet

We are not able to provide care in Alabama or Mississippi. Our clinical network is not licensed in those states at the moment.

If you are there, you can still browse everything on this site, but an order will be declined at checkout and nothing will be charged. We are working to expand — please check back with us, or write to [email protected] and we will let you know when that changes.

Common questions

Which states does AllToCare serve?

We can see patients in 48 US states. The exceptions are Alabama and Mississippi, where our clinical network is not licensed at this time. Telehealth is licensed state by state, and a clinician may only treat you if they hold a licence where you are when you book.

Can I use AllToCare from Alabama and Mississippi?

Not at the moment. You can browse everything on the site, but an order placed from a state we cannot serve is declined at checkout and no payment is taken. We are working to expand — write to [email protected] and we will let you know when that changes.

What happens if I put in a state you do not cover?

Checkout stops before payment and explains why. Nothing is charged, and your card is never presented to the payment processor.

Are all treatments available in every state you serve?

Almost. A small number of treatments carry additional state-level prescribing restrictions, listed on this page. If one applies to you, checkout will tell you before taking payment rather than after.

Do I need insurance?

No. AllToCare is cash-pay only: no insurance is accepted or billed, there is no membership and no subscription. Consultations start at $42.99 and the price shown is the price charged.

Does paying for a consultation guarantee a prescription?

No. A clinician reviews your case and prescribes only if treatment is appropriate and safe for you. If they decline, your order is refunded less the consultation fee, because the clinical review was still carried out.
