The digital medical intake takes about 5-10 minutes. A licensed clinician then reviews it. You will be emailed as soon as your consultation link is ready, and again once a decision has been made.
For many treatments, our consults are completed asynchronously via photo uploads and written intake forms. If your state requires a live consultation, you will be emailed a secure video link once your consultation is ready.
If a clinician determines that treatment is not safe or appropriate for you, your order is refunded automatically, less a $30.00 consultation fee — the clinical review was still carried out, whatever the outcome. Refunds usually reach your account within five to ten working days.
