If a clinician prescribes during your consultation, the prescription is either sent electronically to your local pharmacy for pickup, or compounded and shipped to your home, depending on the treatment.
Yes. AllToCare is built to align with HIPAA: consultations happen in encrypted rooms, data is encrypted at rest, and your clinical records, photo uploads and intake details are kept separate from the rest of the site.
We can see patients in 48 US states. We are not able to provide care in Alabama or Mississippi at this time — an order from either is declined at checkout and nothing is charged. The full list is on our service area page.
No. A clinician reviews your case and prescribes only where treatment is appropriate and safe for you. If a clinician determines that treatment is not safe or appropriate for you, your order is refunded automatically, less a $30.00 consultation fee — the clinical review was still carried out, whatever the outcome. Refunds usually reach your account within five to ten working days.
