By accessing or using the AllToCare Health direct-to-consumer clinical marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing this platform.
2. Telehealth Services Scope
AllToCare Health is a digital platform connecting patients with independent, board-certified medical providers within our clinical network. Virtual care is not a replacement for comprehensive physical medicine when clinical symptoms necessitate physical diagnostics (e.g. imaging, biopsies, stitches).

3. Direct Cash-Pay Billing Policies
You agree to pay the listed transparent cash price upfront before connecting to a clinician. All transactions are final upon clinical consultation connection. AllToCare is a cash-pay marketplace and does not guarantee that insurance providers or government programs will reimburse fees paid here.
