2. Collection of Information
During intake, we collect necessary demographic details, medical history questionnaires, payment information, and if applicable, high-resolution diagnostic images (for dermatology consultations). All data is stored in bank-grade, SOC 2-compliant encrypted database servers.
3. Disclosures of PHI
We only disclose your PHI to designated clinical providers in your direct care network and pharmacies processing your electronic prescriptions. We never sell, lease, or monetize patient clinical records under any circumstances.
